Our export orders of SEAFOOD
and other deep-sea reef fish are growing with popular demand for species
such as fresh/chilled; Red Snapper, Gold Band Snapper, Pink Snapper,
Spanish Mackerel, Estuary Cods, Blue Salmon, Giant Golden Threadfin,
Goat Fish (Red Mullet), Moses Perch, Fry Pan Snapper, Flag (Stripey),
Pinky (Threadfin) Bream, Silver Trevally, Australian Crocodile etc, and
also many of our crusteaceans such as the Blue Swimmer (Manner) Crabs,
LIVE Yabby, LIVE Marron, LIVE - WILD CAUGHT - Black Tiger Prawns (Panaeus
Monodon) Prawns - King Banana, Endeavour and Tiger Prawns, with our
established markets consisting of the USA, UK, Singapore, Norway,
Taiwan, Greece and others where our products are now well recognised. These species are caught fresh from one of the most
beautiful and pristine areas of the globe - the clean waters of
AUSTRALIA.
Not only do we sell seafood, but we have also gone that
one extra step to solve the answer of the growing transportation problem
of seafood and other food produce, with the introduction of our "TUFF

has extensive knowledge and experience in the seafood
industry as well as the accounting and business field.
He has been in business since
he was 19 years old, participating in various commodities,
as well as completing studies in an Associate Diploma in
Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting.
His youth has the advantage
of bringing with it, the value adding techniques that have
helped this business utilize the technology available in
today's modern world. The accuracy that he displays along
with his business sense, is what makes him a valuable
intangible asset to this company.

Mr. Tran has been with the management of this company for
well over 12 years. He is responsible for the
majority of our wholesale seafood divisions sales, overseeing
that all orders are precisely fulfilled and all stocks are
accounted for within our factory. He is one of the most
diligent employees on our team and is a true asset to the
company as a whole.
