If you have trouble logging into our secure site
The problem maybe "cookies"
You may have to disable cookies as follows:
MICROSOFT INTERNET
EXPLORER
Double Click "My
Computer"
Double Click "Control
Panel"
Select and click "Internet
Options"
Select Security Tab at the top of
the box.
Click "Custom Level"
Scroll down to "Cookies"
and select both
"disable" boxes.
NETSCAPE
Click the EDIT menu (The Edit menu
is the second menu choice from the left side of the screen.)
Click
preferences (This is the last option under the Tools menu. Click this item and
the preferences window will open.)
Click Advanced
The categories are displayed on the left side of the window. Advanced is located at the bottom of the list. When you click on it, a set of checkboxes will appear to the right.

Select "Disable Cookies"
When you choose this option, you
are telling Netscape to not accept any cookies that you encounter.
