If your order has been made on-line and has been successful and approved, you will receive an email confirmation of order from us.
If your order has been made off-line, please be assured your product will be shipped to you as instructed by the customer service representative that attended to you or as otherwise instructed via, telephone, fax, post or email.
Shipping and handling
Please note, shipping and handling of products will be undertaken in direct relation to the volume/amount of the order being placed. Products will be freighted at the earliest possible time via sea or air, dependant upon arrangement.
Seafood and TUFF BIN product lines shipping are dependant upon size of the order placed. These lines are freighted usually via, air, sea or land depending upon location. Through our air freight forwarding and transportation agents.
Polymer preservation packs will be freighted via FedEX and DHL which can be tracked and monitored on-line, unless otherwise informed.
Security and privacy
Please note any information
you provide us with is not shared with any other company(s).
From time to time, we may send you an e-mail informing you of new products,
promotions, specials on our prices, important seafood industry information and
other related services. We do not give any e-mail addresses out to other
companies.
When you place an order from our order payment page, all the credit card
transactions are handled with the highest class industry-standard SSL
encryption.
128 BIT Secure Socket Layer Encryption (SSL)
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to our bank- The National Australia Bank of Australia (N.A.B), one of the most highly trusted banks in Australia.
The National Australia Bank (NAB) uses 128 BIT Secure Socket Layer Encryption (SSL). SSL enables us the ability to communicate securely with our online customers. SSL protects all communications with our customers, so we can:
- take credit card orders
- protect sensitive personal information and
- also ensure's that hackers cannot detect passwords.
For added security, the N.A.B
also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored. All of your credit card
information remains with the National Australia Bank, we
never
see your credit card number/details at all or any other
personal financial information. We only receive confirmation from the bank
whether the credit card has been accepted or denied. As a result, you can order
from Pearl Coast Marine Products Pty. Ltd. (PCMP - Export Division)
with total confidence and security!!
If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact
from us with information regarding orders you have placed in relation to fulfilment, any problems or other matter's that may need attending to. Be
assured that we do not give phone numbers out under any circumstances.
Our Customer Service Department checks the service@pearlcoastmarine.com address several times a day. If you have any queries in relation to orders, returns or refunds required or any other questions at all please email us. We try to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Our Representatives will usually respond by a return e-mail unless otherwise noted.
